Although very much a rural setting, the first stage of the Griegs Limeworks development is only 5 minutes drive from the Northern Motorway Millwater on/off ramps and 10 minutes drive to the new Silverdale North Shopping Complex and schools, 20 minutes from the North Shore and 35 minutes to Auckland City in non peak hour traffic. Wainui Primary School is less than 5 minutes drive away.

The development consists of 5 sections ranging in size from approximately 1.1ha to 1.8ha. Features of the sites include flat building platforms, pleasant rural and bush outlooks, and significant planting and fencing.

The existing trees have been complemented by extensive plantings of natives in covenant protected landscape areas. The result is environmentally sensitive rural residential lots that will harmonise with the existing landscape.

Each Lot will have an engineer approved building platform and have power and telecom connections at the boundary.
