The site obtains its access from a shared concrete right of way which has an attractive Macrocarpa post and rail feature entry at Weranui Road. After crossing a small stream the right of way continues up the western boundary, a stream with a border of mature native trees and revegetation planting around the southern and eastern sides. Further planting is being established along the northern boundary. A drive has been formed to a large flat building site raised above surrounding land, all of which is flat and in grass. Outlook is over adjacent lifestyle blocks and bush.
