From an attractive Macrocarpa post and rail feature entry at Weranui Road a shared concrete right of way extends 375 metres north to where a well formed metal drive sweeps up to a large, elevated, flat building platform. From here wide views over the surrounding rural district are enjoyed, including a view north over a large dam onto an area of bush. The majority of the land comprises mature native bush, more recently revegetated areas, a valley containing a large pond and the remains of an old lime quarry. A small area of grazing is available and a small set of stock yards with loading race are provided for stock handling. A private site with attractive outlook.
