From a feature Macrocarpa post and rail entry at Weranui Road a shared concrete driveway extends approximately 375 metres through to the property's western side, the driveway entering the site and then extending a short distance to a level building platform. Overall the site is mainly easy sloping contour with a south to south-easterly aspect, a reasonable proportion being re-established in grass however also including some small areas of revegetation and planting. From the house site a pleasant view is obtained over nearby lifestyle blocks, farmland and areas of bush. House site has been re engineered, reworked and enlarged.
